WORLD POST OFFICE DAY 2025
Bhavan’s Munshi Vidyashram, Tripunithura, celebrated World Post Office Day with great enthusiasm to highlight the importance of the postal service in connecting people and supporting communication networks. The celebration aimed to help students understand the role of the postal system in society and appreciate the value of traditional communication methods.
As part of the observance, students visited the Thiruvamkulam Post Office, where they interacted with postal staff and learned about various postal services such as letter delivery, money orders, and parcel handling. The visit offered students hands-on experience of how letters are sorted, stamped, and delivered.
Students enthusiastically participated by writing and posting letters, an experience that rekindled the joy of personal communication in today’s digital era. The officers at the post office explained the functioning of modern postal technology and its evolution over time.
